All staff is female, quite kind and polite. Though I'm a man and a little bit nervous first time, they kindly guide me to be relaxed. I'm still having treatment and my hair is gradually decreasing by recent technology. Not so painful, but feel hot in some delicate parts.
The SHR is fantastic, so u am from Europe and the machine don't hurt me , only I feeling a little hot and other time I did feeling as a cut but don't hurt me only the felling
